The time off always seems to make them rusty and unprepared for bowls (even in years when the conference is strong).

Big Ten has the same ammount of games as everyone else. They just don't take a bye week. They do this because of cold weather.

If Ohio State in basic terms gained because of the fact of their "offender gamers", then the same could be authentic of Florida, because of the fact that they have had such extremely some gamers below city Meyer get arrested, and truthfully smash the regulation. the problem with applying the bowl device as a crutch, is that it would not unavoidably experience the third maximum suitable group in a million convention against yet another. working occasion the SEC/enormous 10 bowl video games between Penn St./Florida and MSU/Michigan. Iowa beat the two colleges, complete greater interior the great 10 standings, yet performed in a lesser bowl because of the fact, nicely their Iowa. same with Illinois. Bragging approximately beating Michigan, who truthfully had a dropping record in convention play is not any great feat. And as others have stated, because of the fact that they did no longer do it the 12 months in the previous, and getting into this previous bowl season the SEC became in basic terms something like 22-20 against the great 10, they have hardly humiliated all of us.

They are too stupid to. It's fine people talk about how the Big East is weak, but at least the Big East has enough sense to play the last games like the first week in December. Then if they need to they still have a week for a make up game, without asking too much. Heck I don't see where a make-up game is too likely in the Big 10 so they can't be using that as an excuse.

because the season is long 12 games there no north big 10 or south big ten but it not a bad ideal to maybe split the conference up,yes the time off does a job on them puts them at a unfair advange having to wait 51 days like ohio st did last year,,

Because your idea makes a lot of sense, so obviously they want nothing to do with it.
