I'm a big Michigan fan and a Illlinois fan, but Michigan should go to the Outback Bowl and Illlinois should go to the Capital One Bowl in my opinion, beaceuse overalll Illinois played a lot bettter down the stretch and had a bettter overall record. Even though Michigan was tied for second in the Big 10 it would be unfair for Illlinois not to play in the Capital One Bowl. So i think michgan plays in either the Capital One Bowl or the Outback Bowl.

They should go to the Alamo, as Wisconsin has a better overall record and beat Michigan head-to-head.

due to the placement system, they will go to the capital one bowl and play the looser of the SEC championship game. which will probably be tennessee if they dont loose
