I was watching MNF tonight and they went through the top few QB to WR combos (Manning/Harrison, Rice/Young, Clayton/Marino, etc) and I didn't see Favre on there. It got me to thinking about how many different receivers Favre has completed a TD pass to. So, I was wondering, how many receivers he has completed TD passes to. A list of who they are and how many Favre TDs each would also be helpful.

OK here is the situation. A defender is called for Pass Interference. The catch is made and the offense declines the penalty. After the penalty is declined the defense challenges the "catch". After further review it is ruled the receiver bobbled the ball and it is an incompletion. Since the offense had already declined the pass interferance call are they back to the original line of scrimmage or can they change their mind so to speak?
