My guess is because your in some kind of fantasyland where mediocre teams are considered the best. They aren't even the best team in their own division, much less the NFL.

Because unlike other teams they play as a team also most of the team does not care what they get paid,and finally they have a good secondary.

I cringe when I say it, but even DA Bears (not the best) are doing better than the Eagles. But they do have Garcia who has been doing good.

I don't want to bust your bubble, but actually they are not. The Chargers, Ravens, and Bears are better looking without bias. Until late, they had not been able to stop any one on defense. But they have been playing really good lately in all areas. Jeff Garcia has surprised me.
