i am 14, 5'6'',190 lbs,cannot bench much can press 400-450 with my legs, i have all basic skillz of football(throw,catch,tackle,block)my school is a 4a school but we r not very good(latrobe, pa wildcats) and we need help on every position but qb,rb,fb, and wr)

Cannot remember the year, alto it had to be 20 years ago or better.
