I think the top 4-5 receivers are a toss-up, but I think he's definately in that class.

He fits the persona that every good reciever should have.
He can catch the ball well, he is one of the fastest players in the league, and he is locked into a contract in which last year he only made $1.5 million and is around that for the rest of his contract. And unlike those who believe they are the ulmighty, he hasn't refused to play until he get's payed like the great receiver he is.
He has definetly got to be considered the best receiver in the NFL.

When it comes to statistics, no.
When it comes down to how he helps his team win? YES
The team is completely different when he is in the line up. He not only has the ability to go over 100 yards with a score or two, but he is also a major distraction to opposing defenses.
With his speed and with refs getting stricter on the amount of contact a defender can have with a WR, he helps open the field up. He can easily free himself and become wide open in two seconds, which takes pressure off of Delhomme and drops the defense back a notch to create holes for Foster.
I guess the best way to put it, is that he is the most VALUABLE reciever in the league.

Yes, hands down. If can play like he has been ever since he was rookie he'll rewrite the record books. He leads or is 2nd in nearly every stat. and when it comes to dependability he can't be matched.

last year he won the football triple crown for a wide reciever (most receptions, yards, and touchdowns). i'd say that makes him one of the top, if not the top

depends who you ask. he is talented and if paired with a peyton or mcnabb he would definietly be an elite. but for me the best currently has got to be harrison. clutch, consistent, and respectable.
