He's certainly one of the most over-looked linebackers in the NFL, because he's a Titan. I won't say he's the most under-rated, but it's close.

Bulluck is great. MOST underated? Thats kinda tough only cuz there are so many good LBs that go with less exposure. Bulluck is still recognized as an elite LB.
Other underated LBs could be Julian Peterson, Al Wilson, Ian Gold, DJ Williams, Lance Briggs, Andra Davis, etc.
Bulluck is great, but if I had to vote for most underated I'd have to say Peterson, with Donnie Edwards and Mike Peterson close.

I would vote for Mike Vrabel myself but Bulluck is a good 'backer

Yea he's overlooked a lot. He can do a lot of things. You have a couple of other guys who are under-rated also (Julian Petersen, comes to mind).
