I know how to increase my indurance in running but I want to be faster.I'm faster than average but I want to be faster.I have heard that speed is a given and you can't teach it but is that true?If not I would appreciate your thoughts on how to do it.

Remember how befor the college football season started...How sportcenter had this playoff college footbal championship series.They were all saying how great the Irish were and how the hawkeyes were real good.And nobody mentioned the wolverines once as being contenders.LOL I swear to god I was telling myself...wow how dumb is this,trying to predict all these when you haven't even seen a game.Now they're all saying how great Michigan is.

I've seen commercials for the NFL Network and it says it will launch Thanksgiving day. My question is, will we not be able to watch football games on stations such as FOX, CBS, or ESPN if we don't have the NFL Network?

I live in South Texas and he lives in the Midwest. I am already flying in a couple days before New Year's Eve to be with him. I can't get there before due to lack of childcare. I want to do something different to surprise him yet don't want it to be too involved as it's hard to plan from so far away. Have already gotten a shirt, stadium seats and the tickets. He is a huge fan of his team and we are just planning on watching the game on TV on New Year's Eve, but I wanted him to be able to see it live. Thank you.
