These longhorn fans have been smoking too many tumble weeds.
OU has the edge at quarterback, running back and coaching. In the last six years Texas is 1-5.
It's a great rivalry - since 1947 (Bud Wilkinson's first year as the head coach of OU) the series it tied at 28-28-3.
In my opinion, it's the second best rivalry in college football, only Army - Navy has more tradition.
Never trust a Texas fan that doesn't hate OU, he's not a true Texas fan. Same goes for us, never trust an OU fan that doesn't hate Texas!!
Go Sooners!!!! Beat the crap outta the shorthorns!!

Texas Longhorns - 34
OU Sooners - 17
Yeah theyve both got fresh QB's but Colt McCoy is going to be way more poised then Thompson. Colt played in a #1 vs. #2 game earlier this season and if you can have a decent game with that kind hype, youre going to be alright. Sure Texas hasnt had a tough schedule but good teams are always prepared and a couple of scrimmages leading up to this game is going to have UT ready to rumble. OU should just stay at home and watch the first half on TV. Its over with. Texas comes out on top and Bevo "poops on Stoops"!!!!!!!

Bob B, the Texas/Oklahoma football game is one of the biggest and most important rivalries in sports. It is like Mardi Gras, Chinese New Year and Fourth of July all rolled into one. Any real sports fan would know this.
I think answers has a interior decorating section on Answers maybe you would feel more at home over there, you may have some questions you need to answer about yourself

I'm a Sooner fan (and a very bad Texan for saying that), but I know Texas is going to win. At least I'll still be at the State Fair on Saturday.

Okie U - 14
The defense looks great. Colt looks better every week and I'll take Jamaal Charles every day and twice on Saturday. At least he knew which side of the river to stay on for college.
Hook'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit
rightwing - I like the name but how do you win a football game by "71/2" points?

you comprehend how i've got faith. Texas will win hands down. i replaced into the only one at here that expected that Miami could win. OU has too many stuff to beat this year (Gresham, Bradford, OL, etc) to anticipate to beat Texas and win the super 12.
