Art Shell has never left the Hot Seat. He has so much to prove but honestly I dont think the man has learned a thing from the last time he was fired.

I doubt it, Him an AL davis are pals. The only reason AL gave Art the job was because he couldn't find a qualified canadaite that actually wanted the job. No one wants to work for Al davis. Period. The Raiders will be a shitty team until the day he dies. Makes me sad to be a Raider fan :(
