I've been hearing the Cardinals have had the best off-season out of all the 32 teams, will the addition of Edgerrin James really get the Cards in the playoffs/ Defense wins championships! Which is what they dont have! In seriousness, good luck to them.

Ok, i can bench 120 pounds, im pretty fast, and im 5' 6" what postitions should i try for?
