Ok, well I won't get the 10 points for "best answer" here if you are a 49ers fan....
Both teams are far away from making the playoffs. The Raiders though will have a better record. Raiders have an experienced quarterback (Brooks isn't good, but he has experience) they also have a better O-line. Oh, and a guy named Moss. Who is the starting W.R. for the 49ers this year? That's what I thought.
In 2-3 years the 49ers will probably be better (Raiders don't really have promising young players)... but for the '06 season the Raiders will have a better record.

It's true that the Raiders are not going anywhere this year, but with that being said, the Raiders still have 3 more wins this years then the forty-whiners
