get bigger for what?? doesnt it depend on what position you are wanting to play? You could always use a little more muscle no matter what sport you play. Lift weights and do some running build your chest and leg muscles up. Talk to the football couch and find out exactly what he wants you to do, and what position it is wanting to train you for. IF you are serious about playing football it is something you need to train for more then just a few weeks. Keep up your trainging for next yr. The bigger the better the stronger you are the weaker the other team will seem to you. But just remember to enjoy it.

You are only going to put on more muscle by working out.
Also, go eat a ton, brother....boxes of mac and cheese are cheap. Try to buy a protein shake as well, or something loaded with more calories.
As you are young, your metabolism is thru the roof.
You are the perfect size to play wide receiver or QB right now.
You will only put on more muscle by working out.

You need your legs to maintain balance.....do squats, lunges, calf raises.....squats will improve your vertical.
Think Terrell Owens man and good luck.
Go work out that chest and back as well.
And the key to big arms are preacher curls, seated curles on an incline (not sitting straight up, but leaning back on an incline bench), hammer curls with heavy weight, and hit the tricep hard with dips and a barbell workout.....
Good luck and God Bless.

In today's high schools, Anabolic Steroids are really the only way for kids of your size to be competitive in football. You need to be at least 185lbs of pure muscle to make up for your height. Ask some of the varsity players to hook you up. With a regular steroid regimine you shoud have no problem getting that college scholarship in a couple years. Good luck!

If you want to gain muscle mass, and do it in a natural and healthy way, then go ahead. But if you think you look fine the way you are, then don't change to please someone else. Your only 14, so don't harm yourself by going overboard, and alot of the filling out is probably going to happen on it's own. You've probably used up alot of those calories just growing at this point, good grief you're tall.

dude dont listen to xAviator, do not take roids, they hurt you, and it will get you kicked out of sports for the rest of your life. when i was a freshman i was about 5'6" and 120 pounds. i worked my butt off and i am now 5'9" and 160 pounds of steel. i lift about every other day, and i have made myself the player that my team needs. eat alot, lots of carbs as in mac and cheese and other types of breads and noodles. also get alot of protein, whether its from shakes, meat, or just other random things. but make sure that if you do buy protein shakes that you dont get them with creatine. those jus bulk up your muscles and it doesnt make them stronger. do not take roids, it is not worth it, it messes up your reproductive system and makes it so u cant have babies, and it also gives you roid rage where you are uncontrolably angry and you cant be stopped. dont take em man im tellin you.
