I have to give the Browns / Steelers alot of credit.
But the Biggest Rivalry is Al Davis versus the NFL.
The guy has won Multiple lawsuits, and the Raiders haven't gotten a call in 30 years. hell they even make up rules on the spot to keep the Raiders down. (Tuck Rule My ***)
