He has provided great deal of service to Indian cricket whenever he has been given chances. The Saurav issue happened when Chappel suggested that Kaif be given a chance to play in the test level in Zimbabwe we all know what happened. Ever since people have been doing their best to undermine his position in the team. Now he alone has been punished for the collective failures of the team in South Africa in the onedayers. He is not even on the mind of the national selectors in ODI's. You don't get experience on shelves is what Vengsarkar says. He performed very well in the West indies when he was there last. In fact the onedayer we won there was due to his contribution. What caused the failure in WI was Yuvraj not hitting the winning run in the second ODI? Yet he is promoted as the future of Indian Cricket as possibly the next captain.
Someone like Agarkar has failed india so often yet in Kaif's case it is India that has failed Kaif. He won the Ranji Trophy for UP last year. What more?

They say Sachin is not a match winner...
n look at Lara's record in test cricket.. 375.. 400 not out... Wher is our Sachin, friends??? Is he at least gonna dream of a triple?? forget 400..

have ur lil fun while u can cause form is only temporary and skill and talent is permanent....we know we can destroy any team in the world and we know we are the best no matter what the rankings say...we are the greatest cricket team ever by a country mile with the legends like warney...pigeon....punter..and gilly....so dont think this is the end of an era cause we have so much depth and have such a great attitude that even if we are in a small form slump we can easily and quickly bounce bak....our state teams can beat any other international team in the world....we already have young guys who has shown that we can destroy teams like watson...tait...hauritz....cullen bailey...michael clarke....so there wont be a gap when ppl retire...just cause we lost to a second rate club teams like NZ and england doesnt make us a bad side at all...we just dropped a few catches that cost us...so we just have to work on our catching and we will be fine..
