Lethargy should be punished.
Look at the way Sehwag got out at Vizag.
Discipline and motivation are the immediate needs.
Greg Chappell is only trying to enforce them.

Very simple. Don't play for yourself. Play for the country. Win matters here, not individuals.
Our guys think that their job is over if they score 50 or 100 runs. Take the II ODI. We were in so comfortable position. Ganguly had his 50 so as Tendulkar. After that?. Tendulkar meddled a stupid ball and Ganguly chased a wide ball. Why?. Now everyone says Tendulkar is back to form and Ganguly is going great guns. We could have won that match if these guys didn't go for those cheap shots. Everyone is bolstering Ganguly and Tendulkar for their performances. But I would say they were responsible for India to lose.
They lack persistence. They have to finish the match. Unless India wins, there is no meaning for their personal records.

Give them thorough training, match pratice, motivation and cultivate a habit amont the players to win the matches from the jaw of defeat instead of loose the matches from winning position.

We should not keep the players on our head when they score runs in only one match or should not go on criticise a player who is bat patch which everyone in this field experience.
The next thing is to pray to GOD!!!!!!!
We can do only these things and not anything more..........
