List a bunch of stretches basketball players use in order to help improve flexibility in their range of motion for jumping? I heard for most people who are close to dunking or a few inches away from dunking. Sometimes all they need to do is improve on their flexibility by stretching more harder for more flexibility giving them better range of motion. Anybody know any stretches that the basketball players use to improve their range of motion for jumping?

I am in no way a fan, but as a sports fan, since Notre Dame football is back (once again, not a fan) and the Bulls are good again, and the Lakers are a playoff team, would it not be good for the sport if the Celtics could get back to that status?

I recently bought the red,white, and black Jordan XIV from ebay but, when I looked under the shoe where the the logo is suppose the area around it was plastic instead of leather (like shown on jump23.com) I have pictures to show what I'm talking about becuase I kno its difficult to understand what I'm saying.

It's about my dynasty in NBA Live again. Fred Jones and Lamond Murray are probably going to be resigned so i'm looking to the free agents for a backup sf. I will resign Kareem Rush so I could just make him a sf if I get Head. Both Head and Kapono are still young so there's not much of an age factor working yet. So who would be better?

The Timberwolves organization has repeatedly said that KG isn't going anywhere unless hte name's Kobe or LeBron. Why do people keep thinking that KG will go to Cleveland or LA and become a dynamic duo with their stars? Neither teams have anything to give in exchange for KG (except their stars) and don't have the money as well.

That is much closer to the dominance of the Dream Team than the current team. They're losing to Brazil right now! The way they pick the rosters now is stupid! The rest of the world isn't that bad. You gotta send the best! Yeah Wade and James are good but you gotta send all the superstars if you wanna show the world what USA basketball is about! Kobe and Iverson aren't there that's like taking Jordan and Barkley off the original team. Wade and James are like Bird and Drexler in game dominance but the original team had all the peices.
