I am in no way a fan, but as a sports fan, since Notre Dame football is back (once again, not a fan) and the Bulls are good again, and the Lakers are a playoff team, would it not be good for the sport if the Celtics could get back to that status?

Yeah...as an around the clock Boston sports fan i would say that something needs to be done. But the Celtics have alot of new guys learning to play and give them a few years and the Celts will once again be that Caliber basketball team.

I completely agree. I used to love watching the Celtics in the 80s. I think they're a long way from retaining elite status though.
