I have tried a new freethrow routine and improve by about 25%, only problem is i throw the ball high with spin, allow it to bounce OVER the line and come back to be, it this counted as the freethrow?????? despiratly need help from somone who knows what they are talkin about. Thanks.

When I look at a yahoo box score and scroll to the pitchers, some times i see (H, 1). For example on the box score for the all star game, National League pitchers had it but American league pitchers didnt. Can anyone tell me what it means?

The pieces are falling into playce for wut could be a better verion of MJ n Pippin with only this time pippin being as good as MJ. The cavs wont win a championship.Shaq is gonna retire in like 3 years. miami is gonna need another big man. Plus wade and lebron are really good friends... I see this being as the best duo in NBA history. Wutz ur opinion.Would this be a good idea? I mean sum ppl would say dat they both demand the ball to much...Well wade has shaq on hes team and wade seems be able to share da ball really good. So does lebron.
