I'd say the best shooter is Ray Allen. Kobe can fill the basket, no doubt, but Ray can shoot lights out. Ray avg. around 25 points and doesn't shoot often, but when he does watch out. He has range out of the building.

Kobe Bryant is dominantly the league's best shooter. Paul Pierce can't even compare to be put on Kobe's level. So no I don't think Paul Pierce is the best shooter.

Kobe is the best. I'd rate Paul Pierce in the top 10 FOR SURE, but he's got a lot of learning to do before being able to lead a team to the finals.

The best shooter in the NBA is Micheal Redd. Look at shooting percentage. Heck, look at team record. The atlantic is increadibly weak compared to say the central.

Paul pierce is good at SHOOTING...and Missing.
