Most over-rated, even though I hate to say it, has gotta go to Renaldo Balkman who went to the Knicks for their first pick at 20. I followed his career with the Gamecocks and he was super inconsistent. But then he played great in NYC helping USC win back-to-back NITs, so maybe he will do well. I hope so, but I still was shocked to see him go first round.
Under-rated, maybe Leon Powe from Cal. That guy was a monster in the Pac-10 tourney. The Celtics picked him 49th, and I think they will be glad they did.

JJ Redick is the most overrated. He is a subpar athlete for the NBA, can not get his own shot or guard any position. He will never be able to be a 30 minute per game player, and has a bad back on top of all that.
Randy Foye is the most underrated. He can score and create shots for others. He is also a good leader.

I watched balkman during the summer league and this dude is all hustle. Kind of remind me of JYD, but a little better.
