On the same play, Paul LoDuca tagged out both Jeff Kent and JD Drew at the plate. Kent was out on a 9-4-2 putout (I believe it was 4; it may have been another position). Was Drew also out on the same scoring or was it scored differently?

They are down 3-0 now, I think it would be just great for the arrogant team and fans to get booted in the first round again.

Just crossed my mind while watching the Yanks vs. the Tigers. I've always just accepted it as it was, and wanted to know if there is any particular reason.

So the A's swept the Twins. How come it seems like everyone is saying, either they got lucky, they paid the umps? Are these comments coming from sore loser Twin fans? Give the A's & their fans credit people, they are the first team tosweep a series in these playoffs, yes everyone was counting them out, calling them a joke. . . ha ha guess the joke's on u!! Im not an A's fan but it does upset me that people would rather say they cheated as opposed to ' they played a great series & they deserved to win'.

Since AROD is booed so much in NY and his stats are not as good here and he sucks in the postseason do you see him traded???????
If so do you think this sounds fair, i heard this on the yankees website

angels yanks
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
chone figgins arod
scot shields
ervin santana

angels need more home runs and the yankees need pitching and to get rid of arod

Here's just a few records from Barry Bonds-the first 400-400 player (400 home runs and 400 stolen bases), first 500-500 player in baseball history.
set the single-season mark for walks, the first player with over 200 in a season and ending the season with 232.
holds almost every major league record in existence for intentional walks.
first player in history with more times on base (376) than official times at bat (373)
finished with a .609 OBP, the only time a player has bettered .600 over a full season.
he hit his 734th home run off the Brewers' Chris Capuano, thereby passing Aaron for the NL career record

I saw tons of beach balls taken by the attendants as they were being tossed around at Dodger's Stadium at a game a few weeks ago. What do they do with those balls...trash them, donate them?Just wondering...

I've heard Hileah and Downtown Miami are currently vieing for the project. Also, the Orange Bowl site has been mentioned. Is this going to happen somewhere?
