so is nascar going to fine & take points away?or will they let it slide cuz it was on cable.i think they should let it go it is in the heat of the moment.he could have said a hole lot worse.

Well today should dispell those thoughts. He was running great and lead 33 laps. I sure dont call that an untalented driver at all!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully when he goes to HMS next year and will have new mechanics, he will stop having all the problems he has been having.

It was great that Tony won too!!!!!!!

I miss the coverage and announcers that FOX and NBC has. The only intelligence i saw today was in some of the pit crew reporters and DJ. Come on ESPN, get soem people who know what they are talking about.

espn has got the worst nascar coverage of the year they are showing 10-12 commercials in between 3-5 laps and when they come back to the race they have a split screen with the idiot with the tech car

I went to Talledaga some years back, had greats seats at the start/finish line, and remember someone flipped on their lid coming out of turn 4 and slid all the way down the front stretch.The car stopped at around the start/finish line. The guy got out of the car, walked away from the car a few feet, and then turned around and walked back to the car, kicked the car, and then walked away.
It was too funny.
I was trying to tell my kids about it and thought I would try to find video for them to see. It was maybe around 1990.
anyone know the wreck I am talking about..?...the driver?

By seeing alot of certain people's post in here, I swear it seems like they think they own this darn place. Some people are still make negative assumptions about others, and usually it's wrong. It's like they think they own this NASCAR section or something. Certain people in here refuse to get along with ALL the other NASCAR fans. If you speak your mind in here also too much, or debate with someone about a topic, you can get someone mad easily and then they turn around and block you and then report you also. And after that every single time they see where you posted an answer, they go behind you and start giving you thumbs down. I mean GROW UP PEOPLE!
I'm not meaning to stir trouble, but why can't everyone get along in here? Why is there so much drama and accusations in here all the time? Some people come in here and try to run this place like it's a business they own or something. They are taking the fun out of this place and making it almost impossible for others to get along.

Is it just me, or can you tell a difference in the performance already? I had to work today so I missed qualifying, but when I got home I saw Kasey 5th, Scott and Elliott 16th and 15th! I got my paycheck today, race tomorrow after a hard week off, today was good for me! How about you?
