NO OFFENSE, But who owns this Yahoo Answers NASCAR Section? Seems like some users in here think it's them.

Question

By seeing alot of certain people's post in here, I swear it seems like they think they own this darn place. Some people are still make negative assumptions about others, and usually it's wrong. It's like they think they own this NASCAR section or something. Certain people in here refuse to get along with ALL the other NASCAR fans. If you speak your mind in here also too much, or debate with someone about a topic, you can get someone mad easily and then they turn around and block you and then report you also. And after that every single time they see where you posted an answer, they go behind you and start giving you thumbs down. I mean GROW UP PEOPLE!
I'm not meaning to stir trouble, but why can't everyone get along in here? Why is there so much drama and accusations in here all the time? Some people come in here and try to run this place like it's a business they own or something. They are taking the fun out of this place and making it almost impossible for others to get along.

David B what the heck are you talking about? I haven't done crap. I don't know where you come up with the fact that all these accounts are mine. Freaking stupid. You so full of yourself, that no matter what I say you won't believe me. You come in here and post under Boogity, and then David B and so why don't you come back and post under RajunCajun too. It's people like YOU who has caused problems for me and my friend telling people crap about us that ain't true.

Funny thing is... I didn't point fingers at any names in here, it's funny that the most guilty people in here were the ones who came in here with the most defensive answers.

Why is it that a new person can't come into this forum without being labeled a troll? Or being accused of using multiple Id's? Were you (the accusers) never new here also?
I'm not going to accuse anyone of being anything. Not that I really have to - there are already a few people who have taken it upon themselves to be judge and jury and accuse people - you already know who you are ;)
I came here to learn more about Nascar and meet people with the same interests, not to have myself or others be scolded or accused of BS. I've been a member of the Y!A Dogs Forum since October...ooh, I guess I must be a troll. ??? Where is the logic?

It's like that pretty much everywhere you go. For example, the county fair was going on this week, and one person (a former horse shower and currently on the fair board) would strut around as if she owned the entire fair. The only thing that we can do is just ignore them...sooner or later they're going to say/do something to make an a$$ of themselves.
I agree, I wish that we could all get along. There's nothing wrong with a fun debate, but some people take it too far.

I came to this NASCAR category a few weeks ago because I'm a new fan to the sport, having discovered it on TV out of curiousity several years ago. I had hoped to learn a little more about the sport and the older racers, maybe even talk to other answerers, but I was immediately misinterpreted as a troll I think because of my avatar. This avatar is my face with a rainbow veil--not because I'm gay. My boyfriend created the picture in photoshop and I love it. After reading this question and all the responses, I think there's too much drama in this category to enjoy it. I'll just watch the races without Y!Answers NASCAR.

If you just become a member and you disagree with someone then your a troll, if you agree with someone else and you both like the same driver then your both trolls and have numerous accounts!

Someone reported me for the JPM joke and then again because I quoted Ghandi,so what!!!!!!! If I dont accept the fact that there are alot of, ummmm how do I say this,people with no sense of humor and people who think their view is the only view then partipating is futile.So you have to come to terms with this forum in your own way or risk it driving you batty.Since I'm already batty no harm can come to me here and nothing anyone can post that will make me love the sport less.Thats all this is about isn't it? Or am I missing the hidden deeper reason?

It doesn't surprise me one bit. This is a sport and there have been rivalries in sports since the beginning of time. Some people die because of rivalries we only talk.
Some can be honest fans, even though they aren't a fan of someone else's they do know they maybe a great driver but just ain't there favorite and leave it at that. Happens in every sport including this one.
My big beef is not you all liking this driver or that or I don't really care if you call the driver I like one of your childish names, it's with NASCAR and the Corporate funding that has tore this sport up side down that drives me out of my mind.

I don't see what the problem is. Who accused who of what recently? I mean before the DavidB bashing started again here. And what has Scooby done? NOTHING !! Just like David B. The only problem I've seen is the green haired guy with all the posting and his other wonder boy friends.

That's why the old motto of "if you can't say something nice...." still applies. I prefer the GM's myself, but if someone wants to get on the bandwagon of a Frod, more power to them. It's what makes this country so great... diversity. I just hope when I do express my views, I never offend someone elses... that's not my intent. As I look at it, if we all operated that way, this forum would be more peaceful.
