Richard Petty - He put Mopar on the map. He took a brand that was not known for winning, and through skills made Mopar synonomous with muscle cars. One of (maybe THE) winningest drivers.
Dale Earnhardt - fun to watch, you could never count him out, stayed just inside the rules, a winner.
Fireball Roberts - Another one that pushed the limits to get to the finish line. A lot harder to do in those days when the cars were not as aerodynamically advanced.

The "King" Richard Petty
David Pearson
Benny Parsons
The King is just the King all the starts and wrecks and wins is just awsome.
Pearson is right up there with the king and was one of the great drivers that you don't hear about much anymore.
Parsons was a good driver but I loved him as a TV personality. His personna on TV and around the garage with other drivers doing interviews was second to none.
