Are black people still treated so badly like the first time they came to America ? And why ? We're all just flesh and bones, mind and soul, I have stupid people that only looks at people for what they look like...And why are chinese or japaneze treated badly calling them yellow face or stuff like that...It's really starting to p*** me off. If I ever hear another person to insult another person for their race I'm going to go nuts...

Donald Trump gives the reigning national title holders second chances for thier bad behavior of under-age drinking, but yet fired Miss Nevada for racy photos? Both Tara Connor and Katie Blair should have been given the boot and don't deserve to continue thier reign with thier outrageous behavior. Something just doesn't add up, and quite frankly the whole fiasco along with Trump's handling of the matter has tarnished the pageant and it's history. What's next? Strippers and porn stars as Miss USA? If that be the case, toss a crown on Rin Tin Tin and call it good, lol. Your thoughts?

As the defendant left the courthouse, he said to his lawyer, "Thanks for the tip about the cigars. It worked!"
"I'm sure we would have lost the case if you'd sent them." "But, I did send them."
"What? You did?" said the lawyer, incredulously. "Yes. That's how we won the case." "I don't understand," said the lawyer.
"It's easy. I sent the cigars to the judge, but enclosed the plaintiff's business card."

There is no difference, people make a too big deal out of it. I think that you should not be judged by your race or sex instead by the actions of your heart and what kind of policy's you have as a president. Everyone says that we're equal but in truth the people in the media who are saying that are also saying that it could be a chance for the first woman president or black president, which is kind of not really giving equality to everyone by saying that.

I have three wonderful ladies inviting me out for the christmas partying that starts this weekend, but it so happends that all weekend I am supposed to be working. I work nights and activities at work will be hectic. I will be a great help there if I go. But, three wonderful women to party with exclusively is a great offer. My job has me in a social state. (You may know how working at nights goes and sleeping in the days.) Partying with the girls would be good for me! Should I tell a lie to my boss and not go to work? Or should I go? What should I do?

It got revealed that Nifong held back DNA evidence showing the stripper had been with several men, but none of them the Duke students who voluntarily waived their rights and gave DNA samples to the DA. Now it turns out that the stripper has given several different accounts of what happened that night, and is not sure intercourse occured.(HINT: You can not charge someone with rape if there is no intercourse). So you have a gold digger dancer who hoped to file a civil suit against the players, and a publicity hungry DA who ignored(refused to interview) credible alibi witness testimony and instead charged these young men with rape and kidnapping. These young men who went to college to better themselves are now screwed. With rape and kidnapping charges on their records, who will hire them. Also,the next time a woman legitimently gets raped, people will be skeptical because of this, so women lose too. Opinions? Suggestions and email addresses of who to complain to about this appreciated.
