It's more destructive than productive

No, gossip is destructive. Furthermore the person who is doing the gossiping gets hurt more then the person who is gossiped about. Have you ever been in a situation where somebody was talking about another person, behind there back, making comments and judgment calls? Have you ever wondered what they say about you when you're not there? Do you trust or respect them?

No, gossip is usually harmful to the one being talked about. I try not to talk about others, because I walk in some bad shoes myself. I feel like if someone wants to talk about me, they should wear my shoes for 30 minutes and find out exactly what it's like.
