If a person was not Blind from birth they will hellucenante allmost as normal as you (closed eye visuals anyways)

When you hellucenate your not seeing it with your eyes, your seeing it with your brain, tottaly skips your eyes.

If a person was blind from birth and had never seen anyhting they wont hellucenate. Even tho a hellucenation Doesnt come from the eyes its pulled from the memory, so if a blind person has no memory of color (becuase they have never seen color) its impossible for them to helllucenate that.

so what does a blind person from birth hellucenate? The only thing they can hellucenate is what they have seen so if a blind person only sees blackness everyday they probly wont see anyhting...

it all depends on what a blind person has seen.

Depends on what part of his ocular system was dysfunctional. More than likely, the blind man would notice a definite intoxication, but he'd probably experience more synaesthesic effects, like hearing tastes or feeling smells..
