likes hippies, wears shirts with peace sign and all colorful, likes rainbows, HUGE nirvana fan, and Blind Melon fan. Barely takes a shower. Washes hair once a week. Loner at school. stuck in the 90's. Listens mostly to Grunge from the 90's like alice in chains, Soundgarden, The screaming trees, Stone temple pilots etc.. what would you think of that person?

Is anyone else upset at the world, with the serious sick individualism and consumption that is going on? I know other people feel the same way I do. Where are you. Band together. Um, the world depends on it. COME ON, we still haven't even come to accept all people as ourselves and work in benefit of the planet instead of our own selfish momentary indulgences?

Ok. I'm fourteen years old, African-American (I guess), and live in Chicago Illinois, in an area with some gang violence, drug dealing, etc. Sometimes I just can't stand living this low life, living around rude people (not saying it's their fault tohugh). People always tell me that I'm smart, loveable, etc, whatever. I just want to get out of this shell called life (keeping GOD and JESUS of course, freinds, etc). So are there any programs, activities, etc, that would give me an upper class exposure? I would really like to see how these people live, and even make some new friends. So if you can help I'm really grateful. Thanks.

They just walked away. Not evening staying to seee you open it. they left before you could even look up from tehy gave. You In side was the 20 dollars you needed to finsih paying a bill off.

sometimes I pass people on the street and they look so sad especially the homeless I got to talking this evening with a lady who always ask for money around town she calls me her angel as for some reason 2-3 times a month I seem to run in to her . I stop and talk with her when I can and give her a couple dollars this has been going on about a year and this time I talked with her about trying to turn her life around and get off the streets living from place to place she has been through alot and can't find her light at the end of the tunnel. We never know what anyone is going through or has been through and with the holidays coming it is especially hard for many. reach out to someone if you can even to just go out of your way to say hi volunteer to feed the homeless or buy a toy for a child in need it will make you feel better as well as the person be aware of con artist though they are also out during the holidays God Bless hopefully someone doesn't violate me for this

that the tone of their question says more about themselves than the people they're slandering. This seems to be a big problem for some countries in particular (ie Australia and America, both of which have an inferiority complex the size of our Sydney Opera House!) This is particularly the case when "sporting" events are discussed. If you call someone else "rotten", you are actually saying, although you're unaware of it, that you think YOU are rotten. Who has done this to you? Ask yourself. When I lived in England I used to support the visiting team whatever country they were from. This is so alien to Australians, they can't even imagine doing it, and if they need to cheat to "win" they'll do it if they can get away with it. (I was even attacked for NOT cheating at an exercise class!!) I look forward to the day when Australians know themselves to be as good as anyone else in the world and don't need to keep pretending to themselves and the rest of us that they think they're better.

I'm sure you've seen the sites! People put lighted candles, flowers, little notes and poems, plus, even a picture of the person at the site where the person was killed. Why do they do this, why not put all that on their grave in the cemetry where the thought has more meaning????

I just saw a show on TV about undercover stings on the internet, and people getting "hookers" online. and a lot of the sites said something about "greek specials". Anyone have a clue of what that is? I'm just dumb to it i guess.
