And if so how old are you. Is it unacceptable for an adult, in their twenties to have a soft stuffed dog (not a real one!) that is sometimes cuddled in bed.

Maybe 'unacceptable' was a harsh choice of a word! I was just wondering how common it is! Thanks for your feedback ;-)

Old people in nursing homes like stuffed animals, so I don't think anything is wrong with a younger person liking them, too! I don't have a stuffed one, but my live cat sleeps on my bed most of the time, and I love that!

I used to sleep with my stuffed collie, but now I don't because I love that collie and it was getting worn out. But I had gotten used to using the stuffed collie for an arm rest, so now I've switched to a big stuffed bunny. I'm 31 years old.

I'm 20 and I sleep with a stuffed pikachu. I just sleep better holding something, I don't think it's unacceptable.

Actually yes. My relatives bought it for me during my college graduation. A bear wearing a graduation suit. Given that I'm the sole owner of a large bed meant for two, teddy gets the other half of the bed I haven't got around to naming it

I've got a stuffed bunny and I'm 18. It's comforting and a security blanket. I've known adults who don't sleep with theirs but keep them forever because of the memories and the security. Not wrong at all.
