Are you given some sort of allowance for yourselves or can you spend money as you see fit? My husband does not give me money for things like clothes or personal items. I wore one of his t-shirts yesterday and he said not to do that because people will know he doesn't buy me clothes. I am a full time college student and mother of 2.

will my husband have more respect for me when I am done with school?

I am a full-time student and a mother of 2. My husband treats me with little respect in reguards to money--if he gives me a ten and knows I am going to spend 8.99, he wants the change. He does have great plans for the money I will make though.

Do you think we will have a counter-revolution in the next 10-15 years?

I was thinking yesterday that the time is ripe for another revolution. History rolls over (repeats itself) it seems about ever 40-50 years. The roaring 20's were a rebellion againsts Victorian ideas. Then in the 60's there was the "free love" rebellion. People started again to break "moral" rules of society. I am betting that we are reaching a climax and soon a younger generation of kids is suddenly going to rebell against the society we have now and become more "moral or conservative." I don't think they are going to "buy" our ideas. What do you think?
