What would you be wanting to find out?

Is there some you would not want to read, you might be afraid what you would find out?

I would LOVE to know what is going on in my Mother's mind.

She was a celebrity - famed in North America for her regular TV new reports about aging and related issues, the first female network news anchor (during the days of radio!), a wonderful writer and speaker. I am not sure I'd much enjoy looking into anything about her parenting experiences, or relations with Dad, of course - but learning more of her locked-away memories of childhood and other experiences would, among other things, help me complete a book she and I began together years ago.

Unfortunately, now she is in her mid-80's and suffers a degenerative memory disease. So reading her mind would also help so much to understand what she feels, needs, and fears now. Often instead we have extremely frustrating, odd exchanges.

As for those whose minds I might not want to scan - oh, that list is very large. Rather than name names, let's just say that those who are evidently and undeniably mind-less, uncaring, cruel, deceptive, shallow, arrogant, and self-absorbed offer nothing in the way of alleged mental process either intriguing or enjoyable.

After all, mind-reading doesn't mean that after some nasty exposure you can just wash the old brain clean and get rid of that bad feeling!

But wouldn't THAT be a nice thing to do!

Chuck Berry- he's the reason behind just about all good musicians or perhaps musical genres. He advised a tale in his songs and stepped out the position no man or woman else dare. Christina Aguilera- She is the most musically gifted man or woman of the twenty first century. She's been through a lot and has the most advantageous and exquisite voice of this era. She's also superb in a very unique way and has a tremendous kind of soul.

Assuming I'm not doing this for material gain, but to gain wisdom or just have a few laughs......

I can't think of anyone whose mind I would want to read on a regular basis. I'd certainly like to be a fly on the wall in some famous homes. Just because some people act so oddly that you can't even begin to empathize with them. I'd love to know what went down with Tom & Nicole and Carmen & Dave (was that marriage real?)

Damn! An intriguing question, and I can't think of a single person!

I would monitor the mind of R. Kelly every second of the day! Why? I'd wanna know when he'd be on the prowl for some young stuff so I could stop him dead in his tracks!

The celebrity's mind I would never wanna read would be the President. Why? Because there would be nothing to read except the air floating around in the space between his Dumbo ears.

If I had the ability to read a person's thoughts, I would rather monitor someone close to me, not anyone famous.

Obviously it would be great to know what the people who run our countries think, but I'd really like to read the thoughts of my mother's pet dog. He just sits there looking like he's got something to say.

Humans... all humans. I am often curious of why you humans do the things you do without ever thinking about the aftermath or consequences.
