I was thinking yesterday that the time is ripe for another revolution. History rolls over (repeats itself) it seems about ever 40-50 years. The roaring 20's were a rebellion againsts Victorian ideas. Then in the 60's there was the "free love" rebellion. People started again to break "moral" rules of society. I am betting that we are reaching a climax and soon a younger generation of kids is suddenly going to rebell against the society we have now and become more "moral or conservative." I don't think they are going to "buy" our ideas. What do you think?

I think you're right. Youth has the power to question the norm. Youth brings change. Youth has the freedom to choose what they believe in, and are able to fight for what they believe in.

10 years? You sound eerily everyday sort of like the "Patriot's Rock" consumer from the day gone by. i think of 10 years is slightly lots. The Packers have shown they have a great team even for the destiny, yet we could not forget that there are different communities in the branch. in the NFL any team can win at any time. the way issues artwork is, diverse communities have their moments. The Packers had their 2nd and could probably have it lower back particularly quickly. yet maximum communities don't have dynasty varieties of moments for 10+ years. valuable there have been the Cowboys of the 1990's, the Steelers of the 1970's or perhaps the Pats of the early to mid 2000's. yet remember, that each and each of those dynasties had their end, and that they did not final for 10+ years on end. lots of the dynasties or championship wins have been successive. meaning, they had lower back to lower back championships. it particularly is all a cycle. The Packers are probably to repeat lower back might desire to issues pass nicely, yet i don't think of they're going to dominate as long as you're saying. The Bears are nevertheless in the branch and that they have a great team and franchise, additionally we could not forget the recuperating Lions and the Vikings. additionally its not useful to make that kind of prediction. There are too many variables in contact for a team to domiante for that long (loose business enterprise, draft, injuries, trades, administration and training differences). in case you have been to maintain the present team because it fairly is now? valuable i might agree. yet issues substitute, gamers get previous and communities substitute direction. it particularly is not probably.

No, counter-revolution is not possible as the American socio-political environment has been completely contaminated by corporate influence. In other words, the vast majority of Americans will simply believe what they are told by mainstream media and will gladly goosestep to whatever tune the corporate-dominated government plays.

I don't think our society is especially liberal right now. look at the majority of our elected leaders. how could it possibly sway any further right? if it did, the framework that defines american civil liberty would be destroyed. if anything, i think the next revolution will be against environmental destruction, racism and homophobia. the younger generation will hopefully see the error of the baby boomer (sell-out hippie) generation and actually stick to their liberal sensibilities.

I hope they do become more moral and conservative. Things have gotten way out of hand. I hope it's sooner than in 10-15 years. We need a change now!

What needs to happen is a common sense revolution.
