According to Amnesty International, more than 166 citizens have died after being tasered by the police and in most of the situations, the suspect wasnt threatening to police. Tasers are bing used on citizens for small reasons where as in the days before tasers, police officers would have to negotiate, nowadays its taser the person first then ask questions.

i cant seem to go through actaully punching omseone in the face as hard as i want. any advice on what i could do to get rid of some of my fears of going through with a fight? i know i can fight because once i get mad i beat the living hell out of the other guy and ive never gotten beat up, but i just seem to have a caring part of me that wont punch a person in the face for annoying me.

There have been famous people that have fought to make people believe a certain way till their death when they change their beliefs.

Does being close to death make a person change their beliefs in order to "get right with God" or is it they finally understand the truth at the end?

In the year 2100 humungous domes will have to be built where humans live. Everyone has asthma and/or some kind of serious respiratory disease. Hopefully the humans can get the wild animals--hardly any left--to live with them inside these domes. Due to air pollution the sunlight will be obscure and if any living being goes outside they will get a 3rd degree sunburn! The possibility of skin cancer is prevalent--3/4 of the population of US have it. Besides the domes, a thick layer of protective cement has to be placed over the ground to protect the living from the poisons that ancestors have pumped into the ground. Ocean life will be vastly dimished--perhaps mutants that can live off of pollution will live there and no human could ever swim in it again! People, does this sound like an accurate outcome to our senseless destruction of the planet? The generation of 2100 will be cursing ours. Is this the legacy we want to leave to them? Please think about this even if you don't care

Every year state raises tuition, while they have to pay lower tuition. Congress raises their pay each year while we have been stuck at the low minimum wage every year. Why don't college students raise up and ***** about it? You have to rise up to get something done. How come they don't raise prices on the elderly???? YOU KNOW WHY BECAUSE THEY VOTE!!!!!! can't blame all of them for a few crazy ppl in their religion- Catholics have some- in every religion there are some who go too far- I kno some muslims...and they don't believe in killing for allah..i mean use ur head..obviously..the terrorists r just a bunch of nuts who got too caught up in their religion- don't make that rest of them have 2 pay

I just read a poem on here that I really enjoyed. It was very dark, and therefore not for everyone. (One person said it wasn't poetry, and that the author should write about birds, trees, and flowers.)

While everyone's opinion is valid, and they are free to say they don't like something, does a negative opinion mean it's not poetry? Or not art?

It really does bother me. For some reason I think it is rude. I mean I understand not wanting to show too much flesh for respect purposes but seriously why hide your face? I don't understand? but we all know how America gets into everybody's business. Besides America wanting the goods from the middle east, why would they let Isreal and Lebanon continually fight, without stepping in? I know that Isreal told America not to step in, but Iraq also told America not to kill them, but they did anyway.
