Cat or dog? Chocolate or vanilla? Republican or Democrat?

What if you want both pets? What if you like chocolate/vanilla swirl, or strawberry? What if you identify with some of the liberal stereotypes, but also some from the conservative end? Is there a world where we have more than 2 choices for every decision? Wanna go there with me?

When people start being individuals and thinking for themselves we might have that world. It is possible here, but too many people think that it has to be one way or the other, black or white, yes or no. . . no inbetween.

i take great comfort in the smorgasboard approach to life. no reason why i cannot have my cake here and eat it there so long as i'm not hurting anyone, is there?

it's easy to pigeonhole people "either/or", it makes for a convenient way to label them and it helps organize your christmas card list. but for those like me who like to hide in the gray area in between chocolate and vanilla, the satisfaction is in having the best of 'em both. swirl, please.

I'm not restricted by two choices generally speaking. I love choices.

of course I want to go there, even better if no one is labeled for their choice.
