Someone else has typed in their answer and hit the submit button faster than you and got their answer put up there first.

The reason that happens is at the time you see that screen, no one has submitted their answer. In the time that you take to answer the question, many others may be answering that question at the same time and they happen to submit it before you do. By the time you submit it, you'll see many answers already there. Hope this helps.

by the time that page has loaded to tell you to be the first to answer someone somehwere else has just answered that question, and by the time you read the question and answer it, others have already answered it. it's all about timing and such.
