Of course. Happens all of the time.
Some people are too shy to speak up; some people are too afraid of rejection; and some people are afraid of getting hurt if the relationshp does not work out.
However, do not just assume that someone likes you or not; why don't you be brave enough to walk over and ask that person yourself?

Yes.........some cultures call it a crush.......but it is possible.......but why live a life of "What if?".....if you have feelings express yourself, just be considerate of the other persons opinion/decision!!
