It would seem to me that if we protect the unborn of other species, we would protect our own. Why can a drunk driver be charged with the killing of a fetus in an accident? Isn't the fetus a life then, if a drunk driver can kill it.
Do all fetuses become humans when they come to term?
So a fetus, if you can kill it, is alive. And a fetus is (in the womb of a human, and.. being) begun by two humans and can only be a human because we don't reproduce species other than our own (hence the phrase "reproduce").
Therefore abortion is the killing of a human being.
Isn't that logical?
