I have been to clubs and have expereinced guys do this to myself, my friends and to other girls they don't know...why?

Its probably the lack of respect they have for women. Looking at them as objects rather than people. Part of the problem too is Women put up with it. If your disrespected in this way, tell the guy to back off what right does he have to violate you like that. You should be VERY offended by this behavior. Now on the other hand if it is consensual that's another story. It seems in males perception that if a girl is on the dance floor she wants to be grinded on, of course this is ignorant. Not once have i just went up to a girl and started grinding her. i personally feel its violating a woman's body just like if i groped her or fondled her without consent. Not that i have never grinded with a girl but it was done with us first dancing together and then you BOTH ease into it. hope this helps...Have a good day.

Because they are sad, sad people. Try going to different clubs, actually, maybe you're hanging out at the ones that attract weirdos like this. Really, not all guys in all clubs are that weird.... Actually, if you're just going to dance, go to gay clubs. The atmosphere is a lot more fun, and the guys won't try to pick you up--or grind on you, as the case may be ;)

I think it's because they'd love to spend the night in lock up for assult. It is never okay to grind on anyone without permission.. ever. Yuck.
Of course if you turn around and mace them, sock them in the mouth or kick them in the junk... they will get the idea. No touching unless you have been invited.

That's exactly what I wanna know!! I've noticed when I got out with my buddy (who's a lot less attractive than I am) He just goes up to chicks and starts grinding on them, and the girls just keep dancing and back that *** up. As for me, i walk up to a girl, ask her if she wants to dance, and she gives me attitute. What's up with that? Then I try his method, and go and behold, it works! but by then, i wan't nothing to do with those chicks cuz they have no self respect.

Because most girls are dressed to skimpily and that, of course, tells the man she wants sex. You can't blame him if he takes you up on it; after all, that is what nature designed him to do. Me, I would turn and flatten his grinder! (but then, I would be in loose fitting jeans and tee shirt, not a skimpy dress or halter top with tight hip huggers!)

It's mostly harmless, but if you don't like it, don't put up with it.
One guy wouldn't get the message that I didn't like it, even after I told him four times to leave me alone. Think he'd listen? No.

I've had this happen to me on numerous occasions. It's so annoying! At least have the dignity to ask me if I wanna dance with you!
