We as Americans claim diets don't work...please read the following

Diets work at taking weight off but not KEEPING it off.

You have to also change your LIFESTYLE to MAINTAIN your lower weight.

people fail the diets. all diets are intended to lose weight whether it be slight or dramatic losses. people get to a point where they think they have lost just enough to fit into those pants or look good enough to wear a bathing suit and then just say screw it and revert back to their old ways. diet is for healthier living not for fashion. if people could stick to their diets AND continue to do so after they've hit their ideal weight then the diet can work

Thats not really a question. Diets do work. I lost 100 lbs.

people don't understand that in order to lose weight and keep it off, you don't go on diet...you have to change your lifestyle
