Ok i have asked previous questions on Wicca and Druidism and since then have done alot of reading, the more i do in fact the more Neopaganism makes sense to me, ive also realised the sheer amount of information to take in, its astounding. I know all neopagans are different but how do you organise your book of shadows (if you dont mind telling us :) thanks in advance for any positive comments!

I've noticed a few questions on here about a 'Book of Shadows' and although I've seen a book of Shadows on a TV series, I'm not sure why it is called a 'Book of Shadows'.

The name sounds dark, yet the girls on the TV show are good witches or 'White' witches.

A lot of the answers to 'Book of Shadows' questions talk about putting your own thoughts in there and recording your private spiritual journey in there.

This sounds like a nice idea, although I don't have spells that I'd include, but I have affermations. If I were to start my own book, I think I'd call it a 'Book of Light'. - It just sounds purer to me than 'shadows'.

Is there any reason why it's called a Book of Shadows?

Have any of you called you books something different?

Please don't take offense to my question, I'm not critisising, just looking for honest answers.

Sometimes when i am trying to go to sleep at night i get this feeling and everything looks like its really far away and small even though its just in front of me. Also things feel different when i touch them ie really hard like bricks when there soft, and when i am lying on my pillow it feels as though its got concrete inside it but yet soft at the same time?? its really strange and makes me feel weird, i have to switch on the tv to take my mind off it. Once i got out of bed it was so bad that i went down stairs and the floor seemed miles away!
This only very rarely happens, about 2 - 3 times per year but has been happening for about 15 years.
I am 25 and not on any medication or anything like that and i am in good health.
What do u think??

Do you know that the Arab race dose not exist any more. They spread the message of Islam and after that they all died, and what you think are Arabs now. They are deferent races came centuries ago to do hajj and then they settled in the Arab land and learned Arabic.They don't have arabic blood including me.

Once upon a time, in a far away and remote place, lies the Land of Fairies. In this Land was a weird tradition that all fairies are girls and when they grew up, each of them will kiss a crow. The crow will then turn into her prince to form a family with the fairy. The stronger the love between them, the more crow feather would fall off the body of her prince. However, if their love is not strong enough, her prince would turn back into a crow and flew away. Gradually as the fairy stay by herself long enough, she herself would grow back into a mushroom to forever stand loneliness till the end of her days. (The girl fairies originally poped out from mushrooms by the way.) If the fairy and her prince stay together, they would bear crows as descendents.
