Ok i have asked previous questions on Wicca and Druidism and since then have done alot of reading, the more i do in fact the more Neopaganism makes sense to me, ive also realised the sheer amount of information to take in, its astounding. I know all neopagans are different but how do you organise your book of shadows (if you dont mind telling us :) thanks in advance for any positive comments!

Raven and Samantha are correct. However, I created my own BOS (Book of Shadows) using as an example the Internet Book of Shadows from: http://www.sacred-texts.com/bos/download.htm
After that I customized it to my personal preferences. There are many online BOS that you can use as an example to create your own.

A Book of Shadows is a completey personal thing so I would suggest that you decide how to organise it yourself, there is no right or wrong way. I personally have my reasons for being Wiccan in the front, followed by prayers/dedications/rituals, then meanings of herbs and gemstones, then I have spells that I have performed and the results of them. People have different uses for their BOS, some people use it as a reference book, so they will write anything in there that they find on the Craft, others use it as a sort of Magickal journal in which they write spells they have written themselves or performed and what happened as a result of these, they will also include the results of meditations or guided visualisations. Of course many people use their BOS as a mixture of both of these! The only real advice I can offer is to not worry how you organise it as long as all the information in there means something to you!

A Book Of Shadows is a collection of spells for the sabbats, and esbats. They also put ceremonies for wiccanings, hand fasting, or even recipes in them
Since this is your bos; it is entirely up to you how you want to arrange it or what you want to put in there.
No matter what others may tell you; the spells have no power than what you give them.
Since I fully understand the power comes from within; I have no need to collect spells and organize a bos. All I need is mu breath to raise power, and my mind to direct it.
