I live in the woods at the end of a dirt road. It is very isolated. Last night I couldn't sleep. I kept hearing heavy footsteps walking out on the porch and I think some thing tried the back door. This morning I didn't see any prints, but my chickens are all gone. I believe it was a large fox. I put out a fox trap. Do you think it will come back?

This week a new proposal to define what constitues a planet has been getting lots of press coverage. Ceres and Charon look ready to be upgraded to planets, along with catchily named UB313!

I'm not aware that Ceres and Charon (or Ewe-Bee) are used in creating horoscopes, unlike Pluto. I doubt astrologers are going to pay any attention to what scientists say about how you "define" a planet, but it does seem strange to exclude these two great rocks if Pluto is deemed to affect our daily lives.

Ceres is quite large and far closer to us than Pluto. Charon is comparable to Pluto in size and position. Just because these objects were discovered only relatively recently (Ceres in 1801 and Charon in 1978) should they be excluded from Astrological considerations? If so, why? What special place does Pluto hold in the heavens?

hi all

i belong to a muslim society where people usually dont consult pundits or astrologers for their charts made. i had had some curosity so i have been consulting some astrologers over the period of past few months. they have been make strange predictions about myself that i am a mangalik and dont have a good luck and would keep on having difficulties throughout my life and wont do good in job and will have a problematic married life.

i wanna know is there any truth in such predictions or are they just stupid things created by these astrologers and if there are any successful people who were declared as mangaliks out there who are doing well in their career and married life. and are there any mangaliks who have married non mangaliks and sharing a blessed married life.

I've heard many ghost stories and several friends experienced it themself. I wonder why ghost stories related with old spooky places like old house, bulidings and woods (I went to a fila where the surroundings were woods and hills, my friends acclaimed they saw strange things. They did it except me!)
Are ghost has favourite places to dwell or itu just stupid imagination of many people had because it's old and deserted.

The story goes that these scientists left behind dead, maimed and mutilated creatures everywhere so God dug a hole lined iit with stones and put a sign up that said the neighbours house and these profiteering scientists jumped right in. He called it the earth and some say that's how you catch them, and the earth was the lamb slain at the beginning. Maybe it's like the universal garbage dump, it was someone's room, once,maybe it's all a piece of work
