If I see someone's name written as 'Stephan', shouild I pronounce it as 'Stefan' or 'Steven' ?
I ask it because I am not very familiar with English names yet. Thanks.

Why don't they incorporate as many spanish phrases in their writing?

well it says that "at the end of a word the letter ę is pronounced as e, for example piszę.
but what about potrzebuję (I need...)? it's still pronounced like -en..
