It means "very hot" and is said in reference to the temperature in a Spanish-speaking country.
When Americans say "muy caliente" or an advertisement refers to it's product as "muy caliente" it means "very hot" as in sexy.
I believe that Spanish-speakers have their own version of "very hot" which refers to beauty, but I don't know what it is. I don't think that Spanish-speakers use the phrase "muy caliente" to describe a sexy/pretty person so the phrase may not make sense.
