hamburguesa solo con queso. "Hamburguesa de queso" means like you are asking for a hamburger made out of cheese in Spanish, when is made out ground beef. So you have to use the word "con" which means with to shows that you want your hamburger with cheese only. Perhaps the word "solo", which means just or only shows in Spanish that's all you want, so in this case shows that you just want cheese, no salad and nothing else.
