there are 4 countries in europe whose language is not indo-european.?

three are hungary, finland and turkey (part of which is in europe).
Can anyone say what the 4th is?

That would be Estonia. Just like Hungarian and Finnish, Estonian is a Uralic language.

I think the 4th is Estonia. Their language is a distant
cousin of Finnish.
