Im a green garden fairy for Halloween. I have a green silk halter dress and silver wings. I plane on doing my makeup hot and noticable, very un-natural. But not to goddy or over-whelming. I got a sea foam green, ivory, and darker green eayshadow pannel. I also can work with either black or brown eyeliner, prepherably brown. I also have fake eyelashes to work with. As for my hair, i wanted to straighten it considering i have curly hair. Anything further than that im not sure of. Because i have a halter, i proboly don't want and up-do. I was thinking maybey a braided half-up doo. Please comment, and add to my hair idea, also help me with my makeup technique!!!! your helps much appreciated, i've got to look good this Halloween!!

I was going to ask this but desided to look it up online first. Did you know that there are LAWS for halloween in some places?
Hampton: Trick or treat begins at dusk and ends at 8 p.m. You must be 12 years old and under to go trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treating is not a holiday, but a tradition. Therefore, the City will not change the day for trick-or-treating. It's a class four misdemeanor if you break these rules in Hampton. However, a parent, guardian or other responsible person, who lawfully has in his custody a child 12 years old or younger, may accompany the child for the purpose of caring for, looking after or protecting the child.
Portsmouth: Trick or treat starts at dusk (between 5:30 and 6 p.m.) ends at 8 p.m. in Portsmouth, where it's a class three misdemeanor for anyone over the age of 12 to engage in trick-or-treating. However, parents, guardians and other responsible persons may accompany a child for the purpose of caring for, looking after or protecting the child.

I wanted to go as a dead marching band member for Halloween this year,
as part of my party's theme,
the Black Parade.
Any ideas where I can get a cheap one fast,
or make my own?

I don't really need a costume and I am not going to a Halloween party, but I'm looking through the Sunday paper and there is a flyer for an ad for a party store. All of the female adult costumes are so revealing and slutty. I've actually never been to a Halloween party, but judging by these costumes, it looks like they are made for sex parties. I'm just curious, what is the deal? Why are there so many sleazy costumes?

A friend will be in London this week, staying right around Paddington station, not far from Picadilly Circus.

I need some good, quality Halloween decorations, especially hanging paper skeletons. I have large walls, and need something to create visual impact.

Where can my friend go shopping? Can you tell me exact addresses, or if they have a phone number or website?

think witchdocter, I do the same thing every year and improve on it each time. but I never focused to much on my hands for it so I was thinking of using 2 to 3 inch nails. I want them to look rotten, bloody, cracked, burnt, or just plain revolting. beyond tapping them with a hammer to crack them a little, I have no idea of what to do.
thank you for any advice that you have
