hey i bought a mask that requires spirit gum. if i run out of spirit gum is there any other types of glue that i can use instead of buying the expensive spirit gum any type of glue that is as strong as spirit gum but cheaper? and ideas?

you can try rubber cement glue. i would do a test patch before just in case it causes some type of reaction with your skin but it is very sticky but easily removed too.

couldnt you poke a hole in each side of the mask and string a fine string into it to hold it on rather than any glue- oh and my news channel recently did a report on kids toys containing lead, so they tested other products and they found that alot of Halloween masks contain lead, so maybe even using face paint may be better.....Good Luck and Happy Haunting!!

since i think it's going to be attached to ur face .. i would get spirit gum - i'm not sure how other glue will react with ur skin..

You could try fashion tape. It is what women use to tape their dresses to their bodies so they don't pop out of them.
