This "costume" would only be legal at an actual nudist colony, or at a private (no pun intended) party. You would be breaking the law to parade around the public square in this fashion.

The actual term for this is "streaking"; legally it is "indecent exposure". If you try to parade around in front of Trick-or-Treating KIDS like that, you can expect to be arrested as a sexual predator!
Is having your likeness listed on the internet as a sexual predator worth the laughs? Only YOU can decide. Remember, that record is NEVER erased!

It IS possible to dress up as "Adam" or "Eve", but you would have to go out in the "Post-Fall" attire, ie covering the important parts with garments of fig leaves. Unless you live in the southern portion of the US, this will be a CHILLY costume. Ditto with the Lady Godiva costume: your "parts" would have to be covered with "hair", and you would probably be cold!

Its not legal and most likely you will get arrested, there are little kids out trick or treating. But it wouldn't be a problem if you had a loin-cloth and maybe some leaves to make it legal! That should be fun...HAHA!

whilst you're attending a private social gathering at somebody's domicile, specific. whilst you're making plans to bypass trick-or-treating "in gown" in public, no. each city, city or municipality i've got ever heard of has ordinances prohibiting nudity in public. And until you reside someplace down South, its possibly to be slightly too chilly on October 31 to bypass out nude besides.

Not legal in most areas.

You could check with your local police department, I am sure they could tell you.

I doubt it's legal. It would be funny though but you might get arrested.
